The burden of compliance paperwork on saltwater disposals is large. The forms are time consuming, the due dates are obscure, and the rules can be confusing. Powers Energy Consulting offers a full-service Railroad Commission Compliance Package that we call Injection Protection. For a low monthly fee, we will monitor your numerous regulatory filing requirements and meet all necessary deadlines, keeping you in perfect standing with the State of Texas and avoiding costly fines and severances. We prepare and file Form P-18 monthly and Form H-10 annually. We also monitor your H-5 filing dates, giving you early notice of upcoming tests to avoid surprises. Included with this package is the annual renewal of Form P-5 and your Waste Hauler’s Permit if applicable. We also help coordinate with the district office in the event of a spill or field rules issue.
